Guarantee

From the moment it is installed, your Weatherseal installation is covered by the Weatherseal Platinum 10 year guarantee. We undertake to replace free of charge any Weatherseal unit that develops a fault or repair where it is reasonable to do so.

Survey

You are individual, and so is your home - that's why we take the time to find out exactly what you want and then make sure that you get it.

• Firstly, a designer will visit you to establish what you require to create the look you're after
• Then, one of our expert surveyors will carry out a detailed survey and develop an individual report

As you can see, you have plenty of opportunity to ask any questions you may have throughout the preparatory process.

• Once you have approved the designs and agreed to the surveyor's report, your exact specifications are sent to our factory and production starts
• It's at this stage that we'll agree on a convenient installation time for you
