1. High Quality PVC-U
Weatherseal use only PVC-u that conforms to British Standards BS7413 and BS7950 relating to the strength, rigidity and colourfastness of your product ensuring long lasting toughness.
2. Fusion Welded Frames
All Weatherseal frames are fully fusion welded by machinery reaching the standards of BS EN ISO 9002, to ensure a consistently strong, high quality product for our customers.
3. Galvanised Steel Reinforced Frames
Weatherseal reinforce all PVC-u frames as standard using a corrosion resistant galvanised steel that conforms to British Standards relating to material, coating, and cold forming and dimensions. In addition, all reinforcements are fixed securely in place using British Standard approved screws.
4. Reinforced Security Panel
All door panels are reinforced to provide strength and rigidity to your product, and to help prevent warping and bowing.
5. Toughened Safety Glass
Is fitted as standard which also conforms to both British Standards and Building Regulations, providing peace of mind when there are young or old within your household.
6. Combination Locking & Security System
All residential doors combine a five point locking mechanism. 2 cams,
fix the door into place at the upper and lower points of your door.
A further two hook locks engage into high strength keeps to prevent the door from being jemmied by an intruder. Finally the deadbolt is engaged by simply lifting the handle.
7. High Security Hinges
Weatherseal use only high performance security hinges tested
by the British Board of Agreement which are manufactured to the standards of BS EN ISO 9001:1994
